• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment for a 7 days stay, normally from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays can be accepted, depending on the time of the year.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating, hot and cold water, electricity and bed linens are included in the weekly price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills can be settled on arrival, but we advise to do that on the day before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  There is no reception at Apartments Galli and that is the reason why we ask you to call at Hotel Galli reception on arriving at Livigno. English, German, French and Italian are spoken at Hotel Galli reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is on 4 floors. One floor is below street level, but on the same level as Hotel Galli and it is where Marco's Pub is. On the ground floor or street level ( Via Saroch ) is the entrance to the apartments that are on the first and second floor. No elevator ( lift ) in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  In summer the apartments are all very quiet, but in winter, due to the fact that Marco's Pub is open and beeing such a popular place, they can be effected by the music and the great number of people that go there.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Bed linens are provided and changed on a weekly base. Bath towels are not provided and you need to bring your own.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The building is faced on the road ( Via Saroch ) on one side and the Hotel galli garden on the other side.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Every apartment, with the exception of 1 one-bed-room-apartment, have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every apartment has a TV sat. National and international channels ( satellite TV ) are available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every apartment has a telephon connected to Hotel Galli exchange. A direct line can be optained by asking at Hotel Galli reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Livigno is at 1.800 meters above sea level and air conditioning is not necessary.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  At street level next to to entrance door to the apartments, is Marco's Bar/Restaurant well known for the quality of its food and its friendly atmosphere.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no Internet/E-mail point in the property, but every apartment has an ADSL line/socket. In order to make use of it, arrangements must be made at Hotel Galli reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool on the property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking space is available either in front of the building or at the side where Hotel Galli parking space is. Guests are welcome to use the Hotel Galli garage under payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are two garages at Livigno where cars can be rent.
  For directions and information, ask Hotel Galli reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport in Italy is Bergamo (Orio al Serio) or Milan. Zurich in Switzerland and Innsbruck in Austria.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a pickup service from and to the airport. On request we can arrange for taxi o minibus to meet you and take you to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop for the free-bus-service inside Livigno
  is on the other side of the road, opposite the entrance door to the apartments in Via Saroch. For the Bormio-Livigno line, the nearest bus stop is at San Rocco church, 150 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Tirano in Italy or Zernez in Switzerland.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness centre in the Property, but guests are welcome to use the Centre at Hotel Galli under payment of an entrance fee.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome if they do not dsturbe and if used to live indoor.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Marco's Bar/Restaurant is on the ground floor at street level. Its entrance door is next to the apartments one.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Every apartment has an ADSL line/socket. In order to make use of it, arrangements must be made at Hotel Galli reception.
