  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 10pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, the breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and includes tea, coffee, orange juice, bread, "focaccia", homemade marmelade, honey.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, French and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The House has 3 floors without a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all this area is very quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, everything is provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, there isn't a balcony but you have a very beautiful scenic view from the windows.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Guests are thanked for not smoking in the bedrooms and other parts of the house.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, all our rooms have TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, all our room are without telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there isn't air conditioning we have fresh air during evening and night hours.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is the breakfast room. Dinner (vegetarian menu) available on request.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have an Internet point. On request it is at the disposal of the guests.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, private parking is available into the garden.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the airport.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Some km far from here you can visit Piemonte's vineyards.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The nearest village are Casella & Busalla.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Cristoforo Colombo in Genoa. It is at about 25 km from the property.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, on request from and to the railway station or the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    200m far from the house.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Busalla; it is at 6 km from the property.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a jacuzzi in Ciocio-san bathroom.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Well-behaved dogs welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No.
