For those who want to walk in the countryside, near Savignone is the Park of Antola - a huge area of great natural beauty - with a variety of things to see at different times of the year. Also worth visiting the Lake of Brugneto. The Castello della Pietra at Vobbia is stupendous and in Savignone itself there are the romantic remains of the Castello Fieschi (1207). The art gallery of the Parish of Montoggio is also of interest. Throughout the year artistic and cultural events are organized all around the area. A stay in Savignone offers the chance to get to know the hinterland of Genoa, site unspoilt and rich in tradition.
