• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors but no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our apartments are very quiet, intimate and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, they do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room is equipped with Sat/Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is seasonal but individually controlled and it is free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, each apartment has a living room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there are some Internet points in Bellagio.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but there is a sporting centre with swimming pool close to the Residenza.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free car park close to the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the owners.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, we are just in the centre of Bellagio and there are many grocery stores nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Bellagio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Milano Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bellagio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in the town of Varenna (other side of the lake)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, next to the apartments there is the "Antico Pozzo" restaurant, pizzeria and winery.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
