Carlo picked us up from the train station.

Our room was brand new. Everything was beautiful. The breakfast was great. The rooms are a lot bigger than they look online. The staff couldn't do enough for us.

A great place in the hills with a staff that couldn't do enough for us. Carlo and Ceclia (the owners) would drive us around and told us exaclty where to go. Carlo even cooked us dinner one night when we were too tired to go out. We hope to return.

L'Antico Borgo was great! It was a little further away from Levanto than I expected but the view from the terrace, the clean and LARGE room and the hospitality of the owners was fantastic. I would definitely recommend L'Antico Borgo to others!

I would highly recommend it - as long as they are driving - it would be difficult to access otherwise. Also not recommended for anyone who is unsteady on their feet - very steep roads and pathways.

L'Antico Borgo was exactly as advertised on the web-site - a very nice place to stay all round. We stayed for 2 days and would have been happy to stay longer but had already planned to move on to the next place

Carlo did a good job of helping get our luggage from the car to the B&B and giving us the information we needed to tour the area.

Even though our room was a bit small, it was immaculately clean and exactly what we expected. It was a great pleasure to relax on the terrace and enjoy the view of Lavanto and the Mediterranean below.

I would mention the winding hillside road to reach the B&B - It didn't seem to bother any the guests who were there when we were - but it was a surprise to us when we made the left turn toward Dozzo. It probably should not have been had we given it a bit more thought - however, we did not.

Charming. I would talk about the kindness and generousity of Carlo and Cecilia, the brother and sister who manage L'Antico Borgo. I would mention the excellent quality of the food served a breakfast and the fact that much of it is homemade by family members. I would talk about the placement in the village - with the beautiful views in all directions. I would recommend it highly.

Our greeting was exceptional, Cecilia, the manageress picked us in in person from the railway station. She was extremely polite, friendly and the perfect hostess.

During the 10 days our party spent travelling in Italy this was by far the best part of our trip. The accomodation is outstanding, extremely beautiful, clean, well presented, and in the perfect location,very quiet, with outstanding views. The trip to and from the nearby town of Levanto was extremely picturesque. The hospitality was first class. The manageress was delightful, preparing home cooked breakfasts, giving us a wealth of local information, and even running us around to and from the town and to local restaurants etc. The efforts made by her and her family to ensure that our stay was perfect were well beyond the call of duty, a big thank you to all involved.

Great room and view. Friendly staff. Bit of a walk from car park to room but worth it. Very relaxing position not as busy as Levante. Must drive everywhere - no shops close by. Very narrow and windy roads. We really enjoyed our stay and the children loved exploring the village and patting the dogs and cats.

The way to the hotel was under construction and difficult to get to initially. Carlo, the young owner, was helpful with luggage.

Parking was dificult if one came late to Dosso. Carlo and his staff were very helpful. Location of nearby restaurants (sp)
were difficult to get to.

location, location info would be better. using GPS is the best way to find locations. I had one and it helped.

My family loved this bed and breakfast. We were treated very nicely and the breakfast was great. The view from the patio is simply beautiful. Our room was clean and our children especially appreciated use of a computer and the internet, which was not advertised.
