Profile |
The Demeure is a historical huge building of 1650, venue of the "prepositura" (ancient loyalty) of the Valenti aristocratic family. It has been designed by Giovanni Battista Filiberto and recently reported to its previous splendour, through a carefull restoration of the original forms and materials, so that guests can breath the atmosphere and enchantement of the XVII century.
The hotel consists of a central body, the Antica Dimora, with 19 confortable rooms and suites, many of which with beautiful frescoes, and of an Annex, with 7 rooms and 3 two-roomed flats. |
It stands right in the evocative medieval center of Trevi, the Capital of Italian Olive Oil.
The most modern comforts, together with an excellent service and its creative cooking, surely make of the Antica Dimora one of the most exclusive hotels in Umbria. |
