• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is usually per room, even though we also promote special offers with prices per person, in which case it is clearly specified.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, we serve continental breakfast included in the price of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish are spoken by our receptionists.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have ground floor rooms and first or second floor rooms; there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are particularly quiet and private rooms, all of which are very romantic for their wonderful view, precious furnitures and frescoes paintings.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we don not have rooms with terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one of our suites has a private balcony, however most of our rooms are panoramic.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but reception staff is at guests' disposal to help them using the reception computers.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is public swimming pool in the nearby (200 mt far).
• Is parking or garage available?
  A covered parking place for the hotel guests is available and it is included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car at "Avis".
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Trevi is located near Spoleto and Foligno and not far from Assisi and Perugia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  S. Egidio Airport in Perugia, about 40 km far. Fiumicino Airport in Rome is about 170 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We arrange shuttle services from and to the nearest airport, under payment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in "Piazza Garibaldi", 150 mt far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest one is in Trevi, 1,5 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Next opening.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, La Prepositura Gourmet-Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, our rooms are equipped with modern plugs and external telephone line to access Internet.
