• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The rich buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are because all our hotel is very private and in particular the fourth floor with descending roof has a fantastic romantic atmosphere.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a little terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, in fact all rooms are equipped with satellite and pay TV with LCD screen.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all rooms there is phone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. It is free and not seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, every room is equipped with Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are both parking and garage with an extra charge, on request. Please ask at the moment of reservation.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the recption.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are: Abruzzo Airport in Pescara, Fiumicino Airport, Rome and Ciampino Airport, Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a private transfer available but we can organize it on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We are in the city centre so a lot of buses stop near our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is L'Aquila, about 3 km away from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is one at 300 meters from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets with an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant named "Locanda del Moro" inside the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
