By Car
If you come from Lombardy, Piedmont and Liguria:
All Year-> From Bormio - through the Foscagno Pass, always open.
In the summer-> from Tirano into Switzerland, Poschiavo and up to the Forcola Pass.
If you come from Triveneto, Emilia, Central And Southern Italy:
Motorway to Bolzano - Bozen exit Bolzano Sud, highway to Merano, Malles Venosta / Mals - Swiss Customs Tubre / Taufers - Pass dal Fuorn - road tunnel "Munt la Schera".
If you come from Northern Europe:
All Year-> Landeck (A) - Scuol (CH), Zernez (CH), road tunnel "Munt la Schera".
- from Zurich (CH) - Landquart (CH) - Kloster (CH) - car train tunnel Vereina - Zernez - road tunnel "Munt la Schera"
In the summer-> from Zurich (CH) - Landquart (CH) - Davos (CH) - Fluela Pass - Zernez - road tunnel "Munt la Schera".
- From Zurich (CH) - Landquart (CH) - Chur (CH) - Thusis - Tiefencastel - Julier Pass - St.Moritz - Bernina Pass - Forcola Pass.
At the main crossroad of Livigno turn left in via Isola and continue for aproximately 2 km. Go straight till you arrive at another cross road, turn right and left in Via Florin. Hotel Amerikan is at the beginning of the street on your left.
By Air
The nearest airports are Bergamo Orio al Serio, Bolzano and Milan.
From Bergamo Orio al Serio there are buses bringing you to Bormio. From there you can take the bus till Livigno.
By Train
The nearest train station in Italy is Tirano, from there you can take the bus bringing you to Livigno. |
