    Prices are per person.

    Breakfast is included, and it is an international, buffet breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and we have the lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all rooms are quiet.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Almost all the rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the rooms have satellite TV.

    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Rooms do not have air-conditioning.
