• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have an elevator directly from the garage to the second floor, where there is the reception desk, the buffet breakfast restaurant and the bar.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some room have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with some international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a free internet connection in all our rooms, please ask the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is, it is open during the summer season depending on weather conditions.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is an indoor and outdoor parking for all guests available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery stores are in Levanto, 1,5 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Levanto 1,5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Genoa airport is at approx. 90 km while Pisa airport is at approx. 110.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, on request from both Genoa and Pisa airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Levanto 1,5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Levanto railway station. It is at approx. 1,5 Km far from the hotel. Ask the reception for shuttle service to/from the railway station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at approx. 2 km far from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small size pets are accepted on request and with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we may suggest you some restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can and there is no extra charge for this service. Please ask the reception for the connection.
