In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date, we'll charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation; in case of cancellation the day before the arrival date after 10.00 p.m., in case no-show or in advance departure we'll charge the total amount. Check-in time: from 2.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. Check-out time: before 11.00 a.m.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
