• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are normally per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, and we propose a continental style buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors, all served by an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of our rooms are very quiet, and some visitors find them romantic as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most rooms have a balcony, and three of our rooms have direct access to the garden.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV in all rooms with no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Here in the mountains there is no need for air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is an international size pool in town with hot thermal water.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are a private parking and garage included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milan (Bergamo-Linate-Malpensa).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Most of the days during the winter season there is a shuttle service. Private transport can be organised by the hotel on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Opposite to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No yet.
