• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill must be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our suites have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms with sea view have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is in all rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The outdoor pool is open from April to October and the indoor pool is open from November to March.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores near the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Meta di Sorrento is the nearest, and Sorrento centre is at about 6 km from us. We have a free shuttle bus service from hotel to Sorrento centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange a transfer.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Alimuri.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Napoli Centrale, but in Sorrento you can take a local train called CIRCUMVESUVIANA and you can reach all surrounding area including Naples Ralway Station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The hotel is located on the beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we will open it in the next December or January.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size ones are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
