  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included and it is a buffet breakfast, but it's not available during July and August or on weekends.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes,you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of our rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, only some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television in all rooms without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning only in some rooms at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but in front of the hotel there is a public beach.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Sorrento.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, near the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Praiano, Furore, Positano and Amalfi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is a taxi service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Only 150 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento.
• How far away is the beach?
  It is in front of the hotel (20 meters).
  
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a good restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
