• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10.30am.
  Different disposal available.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. You will find a continental buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes as You prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German and of course Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel is disposed on 3 floors, with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 2 rooms have the balcony on the lake side.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all our rooms You will find a TV Sat. You can see these channels: CNN, BBC, TV FRANCE and DIE ERSTE.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are furnished with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are fitted with air-conditioning free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, the nearest swimming pool is 3 km far from our Hotel. At 100 mt from our Hotel there is a small beach.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On request a garage is available at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Como.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  At 5 km there is a big commercial center with a supermarket and many other shops.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cernobbio at 3 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request a pickup service is possile by taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Como San Giovanni.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
