- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included and it is a buffet breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, German, Spanish, Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
4 floors and we have lifts. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
One of the rooms does have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Two of the rooms do have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is and it is available at no extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in the city. - Which is the nearest airport?
Parma airport, about 30 km from our property. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not but it can be arranged on request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It is in Piazza del Monte (Bus B). - Which is the nearest railway station?
Reggio Emilia railway station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, thre is not but on request it is possible, booking in advance, to get to a Wellness Center (Camelot Club)which is 5 minutes by car from us. Our guests have a 10% discount on all treatments. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, but only small size ones. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can, by Wireless Internet Connection.
