• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The daily rate that you find on the web site is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a rich and typical breakfast is included and served till 12:00.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the main building there are two floors but unfortunately we don't have any elevetor
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is soundproof, very quite and romantic: this is the ideal place for "romantic escapes".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, we have some rooms with terrace and some with courtyard: on request we can reserve it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has a TV-Color LCD with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in every rooms, for any season (hot and cold) and it is including in the rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an internet point (free of charge) and a wireless connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a Jacuzzi and it is open all day long: from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is no parking available in the Property, but nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are on the Island a couple of places in which you can rent cars, bikes and motorbikes.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, nearby there are some well-provided stores and supermarkets
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are very close to the Procida's City Centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request we can arrange a "transfer service" from and to the Naples Airport/Station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop 200 meters from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Napoli Stazione Centrale (few minutes from the main harbour.
• How far away is the beach?
  Beaches are quite near: few minutes on foot.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are both private and public beaches.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a spa with Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and aroma/chromo-therapy and massage area.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we do not have a restaurant, but we have a Wine-bar and a big panoramic terrace in which we serve appetizers.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have a wireless connection.
