All was quite good but the receptionnist was not very available. He was alone and the phone was ringing all the time. It was the only 'grey' point of our stay. All the other aspects were perfect. ... I didn't check ... A very nice place to stay and a great great restaurant.

We booked some treatments for the spa, which were not available when we arrived. There was no booking at all, but our email was received en confirmed, Very bad for such a quality and expensive hotel!! ... We had dinner in the 2 michelin star restaurant, the service was not polite and above all not accurat. The bill was not at all worth the food and service! We were very disapointed. ... We will write to Michelin about the non 2 star experience. And the reception staff should be more qualified and work acurat according the price to pay.

Spectacular place with outstanding accommodations, an excellent restaurant and a great spa. It is difficult to find anywhere in the world a place that meets all these characteristics with such a quality. Congratulations!

Directions were vague and general rather than specific. ... We had not been informed that the restaurant was closed during our stay. The swimming pool was under-going maintenance work and when we brought this to the attention of the reception staff they didn't tell us that we had the use of another pool in the spa. ... Beautiful, quiet, perfect for a relaxing drop-out weekend.

The restaurant is far too expensive. Furthermore, it should say that it does not make part of the hotel. You have to pay the bills separately. ... Great, but too expensive
