• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 03.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, the price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, is not included. We charge 27 Eur for American buffet and Continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually we take a credit card as guarantee and the bill is settled at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floor with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, Junior Suite are very Romantic Rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Almost all rooms have their terrace or balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Almost all rooms have ther terrace or balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't have it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms and at free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the library bar.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. The Hotel indoor swimming pool is complimentary and open from 08.00 am to 09.00 pm.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the parking is free of charge, the garage is at extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can book it at the AVIS Office in Brescia City and have it delivered here.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some shops.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, Franciacorta is most famous vineyard of northern Italy.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Brescia and Bergamo 30 min., Verona 45 min.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bergamo, which is only 30 km from us. Linate 80 km, Malpensa 118 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange transfers with private driver.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We suggest to arrive by car.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rovato at 15 min, Brescia at 30 min.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, SPA Center "Espace Vitalitè by Henri Chenot" Focused on anti aging treatment and biontology.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, little pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes we have it included Gualtiero Marchesi, the first non French chef to obtain three Michelin stars and among the top fifteen chefs in the world according to Gault and Millau, left Milan.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
