• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating upon consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment Belvedere in on the first floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Apartment Belvedere has 2 big terraces,
  Belmonte apartment has a terrace that encircle the apartment.
  Bellavista apartment has a private shed- Portico
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of these.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all apartment are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the pool is open from 20 May to the end of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Todi or Perugia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 1.5 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Collazzone 1.5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Marciano 15 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only very small pets in a pets' cage.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Not in the property, but there are 2 delicious restaurants 1.5 km away from the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
