  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Room accommodation: per person.
    Apartment accommodation: per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Room accommodation: Italian buffet breakfast is included.
    Apartment accommodation: breakfast is not included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Room accommodation: yes, it is included.
    Apartment accommodation: no, it is not included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are ground floor and first floor without elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are quiet, romantic and private rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are provided.
    Room accommodation: every day it is cleaned; towels are changed twice a week; linens are changed once a week.
    Apartment accommodation: linens and towels are provide, but every change is by request and with extra charge.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, but only apartments have a terrace with table and chairs.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, some rooms and some apartments have a blacony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all rooms are no smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, in the apartments there is a cable TV withouth international channels; in the rooms there is not the TV but in the tavern there is sat TV at disposal of the guests.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, but on request there is fan.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, and it is open from April to October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a private parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at International Abruzzo airport or Pescara railway station.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are some local shops 2 km away from the property.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Yes, there are 10 km away.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The nearest villages are: Silvi Alta, 2 km; Silvi Marina, 6km; Atri, 8 km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Abruzzo International Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    In front of the entrance there is a bus stop of Arpa Line. The bus stop is Silvi Alta.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Silvi Marina at 6 km.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, but only on request and small size.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
