By Plane
The airport placed closer to the property is Perugia international airport, placed in the town of Sant` Egidio. This terminal welcomes flights from London, Milan and Tirana, as well as some charters coming from Mallorca and Tunes.
By Car
If you rent a car at the Perugia airport, you will have to drive around 70 kilometres to the property (1 hour approx.). As you leave Sant` Egidio, take road SP247-I and continue along Strada Ponte Valleceppi- Sant` Egidio. Veer left at SS3BIS/ E45 and drive towards "Perugia /A1/ Firenze". As you come close to Perugia, get on RA6 and abandon it at the exit "Castiglione del Lago". Afterwards, take your left into road SS71, pass through Castiglione del Lago and exit the town; still on SS71, you must turn right into SP310 and you will reach Paciano. In order to reach Via Sensini, do as follows: turn left in Viale Roma, do it again in Via della Piaggia and right in Via della Pittalessa. Once on Via Sensini, look for the signs indicating the Agriturismo; it is a well-known property in Paciano, so anybody you may ask should know how to show you the way to it.
By Train
The station you will find closer to the Agriturismo is Chiusi, only 10 kms away. From there most guests take a taxi to the farmhouse, or call the property for a pick-up service (if possible); however, there is also a bus service to Paciano. If you do not rent a car at Perugia airport, bear in mind that there are buses going from the terminal to the train station in central Perugia in 20 minutes. Once there, take a train to Chiusi -1 hour 15 minutes, more or less - changing trains in Terontl. Otherwise, if you land in Rome there are also direct services to Chiusi, 1 hour 20 minutes. |
