• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included, but in "Il Convento" it is possible to have continental breakfast: it is prepared and served with a little extra charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is charged the effective use.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks Italian, English, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they not not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not; there is one tlelephone at your disposal in common area.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not because air conditioning is not necessary.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an outdoor pool and it is open during in spring and summer time.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a private parking area is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chiusi or in Perugia. On request we can rent it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you can find grocery stores in Paciano at about 1 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are a lot of vineyards in the surrounding areas.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages are Paciano, Castiglione del Lago, Chiusi, Città della Pieve.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Perugia International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but we can provide for it on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Paciano stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Chiusi - Chianciano Terme.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, except if you rent the entire building.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but on request there is a person who can cook meals for guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
