 Agriturismo I Frati is a huge property placed in the outskirts of Paciano featuring 7 apartments within Convent of Sant`Antonio of Padua Pacciano Vecchio (named after the different friars that used to live there) and other private villas with more fully equipped apartments inside. The accommodations - with different capacities and features - have kitchens with dishwasher, fridge and electric oven, bathrooms with hairdryer, heating and access to the many gardens and three swimming pools of the property. |
 Apartments inside the convent (an internal lift guarantees the access): On the ground floor there is only 1 apartment, Fra Giocondo (2 persons + 2 extra ones). Vaults and architraves from the typical structure of a religious building are part of the scenario at this unit with a double room, a living with sofa bed and private bathroom. |
 On the first floor of the convent, you will find Fra Ginepro (6 persons), Fra Martino (4 persons) and Fra Celestino (2 persons + 2 extra ones). The first two can be rented as one, an ideal accommodation for large families or groups of friends, as you may reach a capacity of 10 guests: you will notice a romantic decoration, with prevailing shades like pink and white, flowers painted everywhere and an overall "naïf" spirit. Apartment Fra Ginepro comprises two floors, connected by a wooden stairs: there are two double rooms, a twin one, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms, while the views from the windows are of the swimming pool and the woods. Meanwhile, at Fra Martino you will be delighted with the handmade tapestries. If you are not a fan of pink, at Fra Celestino light blue governs the atmosphere, complimented with furniture in chestnut-colored wood: the views reach the Trasimeno Lake and there is a double bedroom, a living with sofa bed and two bathrooms. |
Apartments Fra Sole (2 persons + 2 extra), Fra Rosario (2 persons) and Fra Melone (2 persons + 2 extra) are located on the second floor. Yellow hues prevail at Fra Sole, where great panoramas of the lake are available.
Casa Cappucini (4 persons + 2 extra): Only 50 metres from the convent, the furnished porch of this house that used to be owned by Fra Cipolla is the main feature. Relax here with relaxing views of Lake Trasimeno and Mount Pietrarvella. |
Casaglia: This is an independent villa that was completely restored, although the furniture from the 18th century was preserved. It is placed in the centre of the property, with two private gardens and a swimming pool for the guests of the 2 units inside.
Casaglia Bassa (4 persons + 2 extra) can be found on the ground floor: it comprises two bathrooms, two double bedrooms, a large living with fireplace and sofa bed.
Meanwhile, on the first floor apartment Casaglia Alta is perfect for large families, as it features 4 double bedroom, a living room and 2 bathrooms (8 persons + 2 extra). |
 Casa Torrione: It is the oldest farmhouse within Paciano, and was built more than three centuries ago: the setting is quite charming, with cypresses and olive trees surrounding the property, only 1 kilometre from Paciano on the road leading to Castiglione del Lago. This house has 2 apartments - comprising accommodations on ground and first floor - and a private swimming pool. Torrione Sud (6 persons) features a living area, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground level; and another double chamber, a twin one and a second bathroom on the superior floor. Torrione Nord has a dining room, a living area and a kitchen on the ground floor, and 2 double chambers, a twin one and 2 bathrooms on the first level.
Casa Faldo (8 persons): Last but not least, Casa Faldo is placed in the lands surrounding lake Trasimeno, with four bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. It also has a large living room and the typical structure of a Tuscan country house from the 17th century. |
