• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price, with some local and home made products.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has only two floors and there is not an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet, far from traffic and noise and have a beautiful view. The "Dream room" has got a very romantic canopy bed.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a small but sunny and cosy common courtyard furnished with tables, chairs and deck chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every room there is a satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is always available in every room and no extra charge is required.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is public swimming-pool in Valdobbiadene.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park in the back of the property or beside the courtyard.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport when you arrive. There is also a Car Rental about 10 km from the house.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Treviso Airport, about 40 km away from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Santo Stefano, near by the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway stations are Alano-Fener-Valdobbiadene or Cornuda.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry, there is not. There is a whirlpool shower in the bathroom of the "Dream Room".
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but you can find plenty of "trattorie" and local restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
