  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is per apartment.

  No, we do not provide the breakfast.

  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but only in cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor and we do not have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In some of our apartments there is TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room in each apartament.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free parking for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Perugia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  You can find some supermarkets in S. Arcangelo at 4km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, there are not.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is S. Arcangelo 4 Km and the nearest towns are Perugia 30 Km and Cortona 40 Km.

  The nearest airport is in Perugia.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  The nearest bus-stop is Casalini.

  The nearest railway station is Chianciano Terme (25 Km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  Yes, but only the small pets.

  No, there is not but each apartment has its private kitchen.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
