Ceres was the Roman Goddess of Agriculture and this place makes honor to its name. Agriturismo Ceres is a gorgeous ancient farmhouse, fully surrounded by a natural and well kept green area, among sunflower fields, olive trees on a nice hill facing the blue Trasimeno lake. The house is well conserved and keeps the original country style with red bricks walls on the outside, flowers and wooden furniture.
 
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large fenced garden of 2000 sqm and includes a large, clean swimming pool with umbrellas and loungers, where you could lie and relax, having some tan. Your children will spend a great time having fun in the pool or playing at the children's area of the garden, with several features for them.
 
A barbecue area is also on hand. Within the farm, there's a beautiful private lake where you could practice fishing and other water sports. The friendly staff will welcome you and assist you with all your needs, making your stay more than pleasant. There's a parking for those guests who arrive by car.

Around the area guests will find lots of funny attractions to do around. Sports that could be practiced include mountain biking in the beautiful landscapes, tennis (at 4 km), horse riding (at 7 km), golf (8 km) watersports at Lake Trasimeno and nice walks around.

The village of Casalini is at 2.5 km and San Arcangelo is at 4km. There you will find restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and some shops.

Perugia is at 30 km from the Agriturismo, a gorgeous old city with Etruscan and Roman remains, great buildings of the medieval, Renaissance and baroque periods. Cortona is at 40 km and here you will find lovely views of the lakes and hills around. The architecture is stunning and you could visit the nice museums as well.
