We had a GPS for directions so did not use those published on line. ... The only comment I have is about the time it took to get to Malpensa airport, the website simply states 50km, and when we asked the night before departure we were told an hour, but it took much longer than that, 1hr 45mins infact! and we almost missed our return flight - we arrived to the counter just an hour before departure time and had to convince the agent to let us check in, (a very stressful morning!) and as a result I could not get my receipts stamped by customs to get my due tax returns.
