- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per person. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It is a genuine breakfast consisting of cereals, fruit, cheeses, ham, hand-made cakes, assorted jams, bread, fruit juices and tea/coffee. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is. The wood for the fireplace is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. Please note that we do not accept credit cards but only cash. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, German and Italian, of course! - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Some trulli have 2 floors but the building is mainly on one floor without lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our trulli are very romantic and peaceful. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, linen and towels are provided. Change every 2 days. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, some of the trulli do have a private courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
No, there is not. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not but the trulli are cool even without air conditioning. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, ample private parking available. - Where can we rent a car?
Brindisi or Bari airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
The nearest grocery store is in Casalini (1,5 Kms) and Cisternino (5 Kms). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, there are vineyards and olive groves. - Which is the nearest village or town?

Brindisi airport (45 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
