A lovely hotel in a perfect location for seeing the best of Verona.

We had a late check-in that day, and the receptionist which we had called during our trip to tell him that we would come late, indicated us a very charming Restaurent just around the corner where we had a wonderfull late night dinner. So we keep very good memories of our first night in Italy.

Overall very nice, room was clean and appealing, however, we were not afforded robes initally we had to call. Although trivial, our beds were not turn down. Concierge did not know what restaurants were open on Sunday, went back to him three times. Breakfast was exceptional,service was professional and courteous food selection was perfect.

Well located, but difficult to find by car; surprisingly quiet and pleasant in all respect. Good eating guidance.
