• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 7.30am until 11.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor building without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are romantic, cosy and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do. They have en external patio overlooking the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but the hotel offers wireless connection in all rooms and common areas.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Bari airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores 1 km far from the hotel.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are vineyards and olive-yards.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Noci (the hotel is few metres far from the village centre).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Bari airport (55 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, upon request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are no bus-stops nearby the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Noci railway station is at 3 km but it serves only local trains. The station of Gioia del Colle is at 18 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is. It is open daily for lunch and dinner, closed on Sunday evening and Monday.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
