Masseria Abate also means sport thanks to its new tennis court and two soccer courts with synthetic grass that can also be used at night. Individual and personalised lessons are available on demand. |

Starting with the firming products, to help regaining a youthful and firm body and a relaxing sensation through your senses, based on kamani oil , walnut and orange extracts, to continue with the energising mix of pure essentials oils of jasmine, ylang ylang, musk, orange and vanilla with a soothing and relaxing action and anti cellulite products studied to solve different kind of problems for different kind of bodies.
Breakfast
This is one of the most interesting moments of your day in Masseria. The freshly baked brioches, almonds sweets of our tradition, homemade biscuits, the marmalades, cappuccino, yoghurt, fruit juices, all the tastes and smells that contribute to make your awakening sweeter than ever. In spring and summer, having your breakfast in the open air, under the shadows of the gazebo among the gardens it will be an unforgettable experience. |
 Restaurant
Built in a suggestive room with a barrel vault, originally used as shelter for the animals as showed by the two rows of mangers built in the principal walls, the Briale offers typical high quality products of Puglia region for its traditional recipes as well as a more creative cooking inspired by the Mediterranean countries. In this restaurant, Il Briale, which is the dialect word referring to the main and only plate, put at the centre of the table around which the ancient ploughman's family used to meet and have his meals, you will find very easy to abandon yourself to the pleasures of good food, delighted by the excellent recipes of our chefs selecting your favourite wine out of the wide choice of its rich cellar. In the summertime it will be possible to have lunch and dinner served outside, in elegant gazebos among the olive trees, in a relaxed atmosphere and with an accurate service. Open for lunch and dinner, closed on Sunday night and Monday. |
 Cuisine
The constituent elements of the recipes belonging to our traditions are dismembered to be presented again in new creative solutions and preparations". This is the opinion of Mr. Felice Montaruli, chef of the restaurant "il Briale" who defines his cuisine "a Mediterranean experience" due to the fact that his
recipes get inspiration from the tradition of our region to open themselves to contaminations belonging to the larger Mediterranean context. Thanks to his continual research some unique dishes have been created, such as: "shrimps with crusty almonds", "octopus in pastry", "tempura of courgette flowers with cottage cheese and mint", "lamb or beef ribs Malicchia Malpicchia" and many others.
Wines
Our cellar is proud to enumerate up to 200 labels of the most famous wines both regional and national. White, red, rosè, dry, sweet, sparkling wine, every single label has been selected by our chef Felice Montaruli with the help of the maitre Nicola Lippolis with the intention to offer our guests the correct indication to couple food and wine. Rivera, Accademia dei Racemi, Cantele, Leone de Castris and Barsento, the local label, always at disposal of our guests for guided visits with the possibility to taste the wine in loco , are some of the famous labels in our selection. |
 Courtyards
These were usually built by the farmers with the purpose to keep the poultry of the farm under protection and also because whoever passed would slightly bend their heads under the stone architrave delimitating its entrance, as to show a sign of reverence towards their beauty and the peasant tradition they represent, the same respect we ask today to our guests, paying it back by offering the sensation of intimacy that can only be experienced in these places.
Church
The small church of Abate farm house is part of the rich patrimony of rural churches belonging to Noci territory testifying the respect of the local farmers towards the Christian values. Founded in 1676 by Giovanni Luigi Lenti, a noble landlord, it is characterized by the roof made of large slabs of stone, the so called "chianche", and by the façade traditionally plastered in white. An old inscription on the main door indicates 1804 as the date of a further refurbishing. The small church is still consecrated and religious ceremonies were celebrated until a few years ago.

Alberobello: This graceful town is one of most peculiar villages in the world, and it is an Unesco heritage site, thanks to its picturesque trulli (they
are more than 1000). Strolling down the town centre takes you to the delightful monumental areas of Rione Monti and Aia Piccola and to the characteristic Casa d'Amore and the admirable Trullo Sovrano, examples of rare beauty.
Ostuni: You can not miss the Cathedral dedicated to the Assunta, the Town Hall and the Museum of Preclassical culture of the meridional Murgia area.
Another important place to visit are Marina of Ostuni with its sparkling sea and Monticelli, where there are the remains of an ancient village from the Bronze Age.
Martina Franca: Triumph of baroque architecture, the village offers beautiful examples of luxury 18th century buildings (Martucci, Fanelli, Magli, Casavola, Maggi, Barnaba, Blasi, Ancona..) From the highest point of Martina Franca you can admire a stunning landscape made of vineyards for the delicate white Martina Franca's wine. |
